Regular setup as described by Roland/Cakewalk will run and you will be asked to confirm driver installation from Roland first and to attach your USB Device (VS-700) to complete the setup.

Now you are almost ready to install the driver, but make sure to run the Setup.exe within your 32bit OR 64 bit directory as Administrator and with Win7 compatibility mode (this is done by right click and adjusting the Properties/Compability Tab!)
